Help with an installed system

DryHome PIV customer support

If you have a question about a PIV system installed by DryHome, contact us with the property address, the issue you have noticed and any model or installation details available.

Before contacting us

Information that helps identify the installation

You do not need every item. Send what is safely available and DryHome can help with the next step.

Property and installation

Include the installation address and, if known, the approximate installation date or DryHome reference.

Unit or model

Share the Nuaire Drimaster or other PIV model name, serial number or a clear photograph of an accessible label. Do not enter an unsafe loft or remove a cover to find it.

What has changed

Describe the airflow, sound, indicator or other behaviour, when it began and whether electrical power has been interrupted.

Expected operation

What can be normal

  • PIV systems are generally intended to run continuously at a low rate.
  • A gentle flow of air may be felt near the hallway or landing diffuser.
  • Fan speed and automatic behaviour can vary with the installed model and conditions.
  • A heated model tempers incoming air when required; it does not heat the whole house.

When something does not seem right

  • The unit appears to have stopped or there is no airflow.
  • A new, persistent or unusually loud noise develops.
  • An indicator shows a warning that is not explained by your handover information.
  • There is visible damage, water near electrical equipment, a burning smell or repeated electrical tripping.
Filters and maintenance

Follow the instructions for the installed model

Filter inspection and replacement intervals depend on the unit, environment and manufacturer schedule. Keeping the filter, diffuser and air paths clear helps the system work as intended.

Contact DryHome before ordering a replacement if you are unsure which filter or model applies. We can help identify the correct information without promising that every part is stocked.

Warranty overview

Coverage depends on the installed model and its terms

DryHome systems may carry up to a 7-year manufacturer warranty, model dependent; terms apply. The applicable period, parts or labour coverage, installation requirements and maintenance conditions are not identical for every product.

Have the model, serial number and installation information available where possible. DryHome can confirm the relevant route for the installed system.
